Extreme, I-5, and All Girl Open Coach

Sheryl's experience as a Girl Scout Leader, Sunday School Teacher, Superintendent of Sunday School, Elementary School Aide, PTA Vice-President, All-Star cheerleading program assistant travel coordinator, and Treasurer of the Clark High School cheerleaders' Booster Club, not only give her years of experience working with children of all ages, but also highlights her qualifications in the managerial and leadership roles. She has been heavily involved in High School and All-Star cheerleading for over 7 years. She coached the All For One All-stars Junior team in 2005-2006. From 2006-2010 she has coached numerous Cheer Intensity teams. Sheryl is on staff with NCA as a CampManager for the Northeast region, and in 2005 received a "Top Rookie CampManager" Award as well as "Top Veteran Camp Manager" Award in 2006. She is an NCA certified coach and is CPR and First Aid trained.

Head Tumbling Coach, Extreme, Sr 1, & Sr 3 Coach

Jessica has been involved in cheerleading for eight years. She cheered for Clark High School JV in Texas and Niskayuna High School Varsity. Jessica also cheered for the Pride All-Stars in Texas, Star Athletics All-Stars in New Jersey, and Celebrity Cheer in New Hampshire. She has won numerous titles with these teams. In 2006 she cheered for Stephen F. Austin State University in Nacogdoches, Texas, winning NCA nationals in Division 1 with SFA Coed Cheer. While on SFA, Jessica cheered for the open team Texas Dynasty (a ProX sponsored team). In 2004 she received an NCA Top All-American Award and is a 2005 NCA Collegiate All-American. She is employed with the National Cheerleaders Association as a staff instructor. Jessica is an NCA, USASF, and AACCA certified coach, as well as CPR and First Aid trained. She has coached All-Stars and Pop Warner and has choreographed numerous 1st place routines. In 2007 she cheered on the Coed team at SUNY Albany where she is currently a Senior majoring in English.

Tumbling Coach, Sr 2, Sr 3, & All Girl Open coach

Adam is 21 years old and attends Hudson Valley Community College where he is majoring in physical education. He started gymnastics when he was 7 and continued until age 12. He graduated from Guilderland High School where he ran track, played football, and cheered on the Varsity Squad for 2 years and led the team towards their first national championship at Contest of Champions in Orlando. He has also cheered for the University at Albany and for Cheer Intensity and is currently on staff for the National Cheerleaders Association. Adam is USASF certified and AACCA certified.

Youth 2/3 Coach

Katy is 20 and currently attends Hudson Valley Community College. She graduated from Niskayuna High School in 2007 where she cheered for both JV and Varsity. She has also cheered on a couple of different All-Star teams, most recently Cheer Intensity. She coached Pop-Warner for one year and is currently in her 5th year of coaching All-Stars.

Senior 2 Coach

Rachael is 20 years old and currently attends Hudson Valley Community College. She graduated in 2006 from Colonie High School, where she cheered on both the JV and Varsity teams for football and basketball season. Rachael has also cheered on several all-star teams, including Cheer Intensity’s senior gold team for the 07-08 season, and most recently their Open team.  She cheered for Colonie Pop Warner for a number of years, and is going on her 7th season of coaching there. She also coaches for Colonie Youth Center and is in her 3rd year coaching at Cheer Intensity All-Stars.

Youth 1 Head Coach and Senior 1 Coach

Ashley currently attends the University at Albany and is majoring in Psychology. She graduated from Guilderland High School in 2008 with high honors. Ashley grew up doing gymnastics for the first eleven years ofher life. Ashley has cheered and coached for many different All-Star cheerleading teams, the most recent being Cheer Intensity. During the 07-08 season Ashley was apart of the Senior Gold team and she coached the tiny tots. During the 08-09 season Ashley coached the youth and tiny teams, and she was a member of the Senior Open and Open teams. In the 09-10 season Ashley takes on the responsibility as Head Coach of the Youth 1 team and coaches the Senior 1 team as well. She has helped lead al of her teams to great victories.
