Sheryl's experience as a Girl Scout Leader, Sunday School Teacher, Superintendent of Sunday School, Elementary School Aide, PTA Vice-President, All-Star cheerleading program assistant travel coordinator, and Treasurer of the Clark High School cheerleaders' Booster Club, not only give her years of experience working with children of all ages, but also highlights her qualifications in the managerial and leadership roles. She has been heavily involved in High School and All-Star cheerleading for over 7 years. She coached the All For One All-stars Junior team in 2005-2006. Adam Forte
Tumbling Coach, Sr 2, Sr 3, & All Girl Open coach
Adam is 21 years old and attends Hudson Valley Community College where he is majoring in physical education. He started gymnastics when he was 7 and continued until age 12. He graduated from Guilderland High School where he ran track, played football, and cheered on the Varsity Squad for 2 years and led the team towards their first national championship at Contest of Champions in Orlando. He has also cheered for the University at Albany and for Cheer Intensity and is currently on staff for the National Cheerleaders Association. Adam is USASF certified and AACCA certified.
Katy Kantner
Youth 2/3 Coach
Katy is 20 and currently attends Hudson Valley Community College. She graduated from Niskayuna High School in 2007 where she cheered for both JV and Varsity. She has also cheered on a couple of different All-Star teams, most recently Cheer Intensity. She coached Pop-Warner for one year and is currently in her 5th year of coaching All-Stars.
Rachael Blaine
Senior 2 Coach
Rachael is 20 years old and currently attends Hudson Valley Community College. She graduated in 2006 from Colonie High School, where she cheered on both the JV and Varsity teams for football and basketball season. Rachael has also cheered on several all-star teams, including Cheer Intensity’s senior gold team for the 07-08 season, and most recently their Open team. She cheered for Colonie Pop Warner for a number of years, and is going on her 7th season of coaching there. She also coaches for Colonie Youth Center and is in her 3rd year coaching at Cheer Intensity All-Stars.
